How are the plants packaged for shipping?
Each plant is carefully hand-packed using protective and eco-friendly materials to ensure it arrives healthy and intact.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Please email us a photo of the damaged plant within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.
Can I send a plant as a gift?
Definitely! You can include a personalized gift message and schedule delivery at checkout.
Do your plants come with care instructions?
Yes! Each plant includes a care card, and you can also find tips and guides on our website’s Plant Care section.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
